Certiphi Background Check Question

Hi Everyone,

My Certiphi background check released and I noticed that for the "military discharge" section it says See Below and there is a comment that says: "No employment verifications were completed because either none were provided, or because the only employers provided were outside the scope of this investigation."

Is this normal for someone who has never served in the military? And did anyone else get this message?

I didn't have any employment sections but mine did say I was required to fax over a DD-214. Did you do this?

Well I answered No to the "Have you been discharged?" question so I was not required to. I also never served in the military so I would not have one.
