Anyone purchase a preliminary background check through Certiphi yet for their personal records? I did and got a confirmation email saying my payment has been received by Certiphi but their website keeps giving me an internal server error when I login and go to check my status. Has anyone faced similar issues?

I didn't have that issue, but I swear I didn't get a result back for like 3 weeks. Their website wasn't very helpful, but if you got the confirmation you're probably good. If you still can't check it after a few days, you could always call them.

Huh ok the customer service rep told me that I'm under research right now so I guess I'll call back in a week if there's no updates.

I have the same problem and I got an email back 3 weeks later saying "Your order is complete and available for your review.". And yet I still get the internal server error. I kind of forgot about it, but now that I am accepted somewhere I'd like to see it. Still can't get in, I may just call.
EDIT: Called them. They take you to a different website, not application station or whatever it is. And they give you a case number to enter, then you enter name and SSN and it gives you a PDF you can download of the report. I don't think there's any other way to get to the report, so you'll just have to call so they can give you the correct website and the case number. They ask you for you name, SSN, DOB, and full address over the phone so be prepared.

Hey same! I called and they took me to another Certiphi portal where I could download my PDF. I was just paranoid that somehow my account was messed up. So right now when you login you also get the internal server error still?
