Anyone doing cervical RFA with 10mm tip
If sensory and motor testing negative, then....
Bigger burn= better relief

20ga or 18 ga, 10mm tip, motor, no sensory

Used to use 16ga but had two cases of cellulitis during that time, not sure if due size of needle or patients were heavy pot smokers. Anyway, got spooked.
