I wouldnt apply DO, I think youll get enough MD IIs if you can interview decently.
I see about a dozen schools you can realistically call targets and say you have a reasonable shot getting a II at. In MN, that's often a decent number.
Saint Louis, Tufts, Einstein, Wayne State and U of Iowa and U of Wisconsin for you are some more I might look at. Maybe apply a bit broader for applying MD only. Penn St Wake and NYMC are a few low yield options Id probably scratch.

Eh I think if you cast a broad net and interview well you can get into low tier MD schools.

10th percentiles are rough guidelines, not absolute. Your stats are competitive for SLU. They dont get many applications and have a big class: your odds are honestly better there than at many of these lower tiers like RFU. So I would include. You have over 15 "target" type schools you could go in saying you have a reasonable shot at getting a II for. You cant really ask for that many more in your position. Your list is long enough: youll get IIs.
