Stats are good, volunteering is very, very low and may well sink you. Take a gap year, get 300+ hours each of clinical and nonclinical volunteering, and you're competitive at every school in the country.

Gap year time. You have too few clinical exposure hours, and zero volunteering in nonclinical. I can't sugar coat this, my own student interviewers would eat you alive.

My friend, a Louisiana resident, attended Tulane for undergrad. He was a double major in biology and classics. He had a 517 MCAT, a sGPA of 4.0, and a cGPA of 3.97. Due to finances, he only applied to LSU-NO, LSU-S, Tulane, and Baylor. He was invited to interview at all four but was only accepted to LSU-Shreveport. He wishes he had taken a gap year to improve his application.

Well, he had financial constraints, applied accordingly and got accepted to medical school. Remember, a gap year removes one year of your highest earning years. So, think ~350K less.
Sounds like a win to me.
