As rankings are set to release next week, I challenge the like-minded data obsessed amongst us (@efle @Lawper @libertyyne) to predict the USNWR top 30 schools.

Hint: US News already released the top 10 as a teaser (https://goo.gl/Xa8Uns)

Note: I don't want this thread to degenerate into a discussion of the merit of USNWR as a metric for selecting schools. This is supposed to be a fun exercise in statistics and prediction.

Does it even really change that much year to year?

EDIT: Maybe I just misunderstood or I'm just too PC, but I'm incredibly annoyed about how they wrote "medical AND osteopathic schools"

Haha I was shocked at those top-10 rankings until I noticed they just listed the schools in alphabetical order

The top end does not generally change +/- 1 spot. I am suspecting some interesting events last year will noticeably influence the rankings. You can check out my rankings for an idea.
