Challenges as a PT in Sub Acute care

Hi, i want to get every one's view point on working in SNF/ sub acute rehab place. I want to discuss about the challenges we as PT are facing.

Personally, i work in specialized rehab which is still considered SNF. Few of the challenges i face is patients going out for appointment during rehab times, some unmotivated patients and sometimes timing of everything. Want to know others opinions.
