economy is affecting everyone, I don't know how big of a surplus there is though. There's another thread still detailing that the demand is still there and although there is a rise in applicants and schools, the decline in demand isn't quite as significant as you'd think.

Increasing in medication knowledge.

technology aids make this easier

Expansion of role of pharmacists require new grads to have residency.

nothing wrong with more experience

Robot pharmacists are gradually taking place human pharmacists.

i'm pretty sure there are state laws against this, most requiring a pharmacist on premesis, robots are taking tech jobs not pharmacists.

Walgreen power system requires pharmacists to move to different locations while thier home can't move.

You're now talking about housing industry, not loss of jobs. A part of retail is relocation, that's what you get from that field.

New open schools.

Yes, but that doesn't mean good students.

Increasing in applicants greatly.

and?

Some areas experience shortage while others are surplus.

ok?

And let me just say i'm not going to go into the debate of so many new applicants vs so many new schools and how that affects demand.
