Chance at a top MD/PhD?

Hi guys,

I recently posted this thread in the "What are my chances?" forum, and it was suggested that some people here might have some better insight.

I guess separate from what is said in the thread, I'm wondering if I am going to be late in the application process (taking the MCAT July 6th) and whether or not I'll be competitive.

NR3A, SDN has a policy against posting the same question multiple times or posting requests in multiple forums. I have sort of let this one slide, but to prevent two parallel threads from going on at once I am closing the MD/PhD thread and merging the posts into one thread.
