GPA is pretty low, but some colleges dont look at Freshman year so much, so you might be alright. Class rank is decent, but I can imagine that it is lower because of your GPA. Your AP scores are- to be honest- not very good. I really wouldn't submit that AP Bio test. You need to take the SAT subject test in chemistry, so I would knock of CS next year or something to take AP Chem. For NWestern, your SAT is minimal, for PLME, SMED, CaseWestern, and Rice/baylor, your SAT is lower than average, but for the rest you should be fine. I would consider retaking it if possible. your extracurriculars are good, but slightly trite. without something unique your chances at top programs drop significantly. you will be just another asian kid with good grades. legacy won't help you much because of how small the programs are. Great job. You'll probably get in somewhere. If you are dead set on BS/MD programs, check out USF and SLU. With your stats, you will certainly get in to them.

What did you do at he hospital? Why do you want to be a doctor? How can you be sure at your age?

Why don't you have a letter of recommendation from someone involved in the field of medicine? (ie. someone at the hospital you worked at, not your family doctor)

Top 10% of HS class with your scores is competitive for many fine colleges, but in the BS/MD pool it is not remarkable. Perhaps at the less competitive BS/MD programs you have a chance, but you should have the potential to land yourself at a stronger medical school via the traditional route.
