+1 to roots...but if you can manage both it would be a huge advantage, heck an 18 may land u an acceptance in that case....continuing education and public Heath experience are highly favorable! GL

Graduated cum laude in 2006 with a 3.7 GPA (3.6 sci GPA)

Last DAT I took:

TS: 17, AA: 17, PAT: 16 (2008)

Rejected everywhere. No interviews.

2 years of lab research + 2 years of teaching science/math to inner city youths + 2 years of enterpeuneur in failed Real Estate company (dang recession), lived abroad for 11 months during this.

Sent my Jurassic AADSAS in late August.

Over 1,000 hours shadowing dating back to 2000

Plan on taking DAT 1st week of October (scoring ~19 on Kaplan practice tests)

Yet to finish Destroyer (scoring ~37 of 40 on Bio, 22 of 30 GChem, 18 of 30 OChem on average) only done 3 reps so far. IE first 120 Bio, 90 G/O Chem.

About to start Chad's videos for 2x.

Push through DAT next 5 weeks with Destroyer, Chad's and Crack or start MPH (Masters of Public Health) in Janurary at Stanford?

Please be brutally honest.
