Chance of matching into anesthesia in NYC?

Am a USMD, midtier NE school, with step 1 score of 216, havent taken step 2 yet. 3rd year grades are mainly pass with some high pass. Also have 2 research publications. Is it still feasible to match into a NYC anesthesia program? Not considering the top 4 programs but considering more middle tier and lower tier programs.

NYC has medium and large programs in every tier so that works in your favor. Would definitely apply to all of them.

Maimonides, SUNY downstate, westchester, Hofstra, and stony Brook are all reasonable for a US MD
