Chance Thread: Am I a good candidate??

I'm now a third year at UVa, and I have one more year to prepare to apply for dental schools. I know I still have a year left, but I have no idea about my chances...

Current GPA: 3.3 (biology major) won't go any lower, trying to bring it up to 3.4 by the end of junior year.
DAT score: 22 (I can retake)

Some schools of interest:
NYU, Tufts, Boston U., Pittsburg...(maybe penn and columbia but are they way out of my reach?)

I'd say you're a fairly strong applicant. Just try to bring that GPA up.
