Chances and Scholarships

I have a 4.0 sGPA, 3.95 cGPA, 22AA DAT.

What are my chances at the NHSC scholarship then getting into UoP?

Also, does anyone know if being selected for the scholarship occurs later in the year than having to make the choice on which school to attend? In other words, do I have to commit to a school before I know if I received the scholarship or not?

Those are some killer stats. I think you have a good chance of getting NHSC scholarship and acceptance to UoP.
I mean with those stats, you're competitive at just about any school there is.

Do you, or anyone else, know the time-frame of the scholarship and how it lines up with acceptance dates?
