This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
Hey man, I have very similar stats. I've started throwing together a spreadsheet of schools, I don't want to apply to more than 12... so I'm spending some time breaking it all down into tiers based on my LizzyM score. Here it is:

"Safe (>1 SD) tier"

Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine & Science
Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine
State University of New York Upstate Medical University
Georgetown University School of Medicine
Wayne State
Tulane University School of Medicine
University of Kentucky College of Medicine
Thomas Jefferson University
Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth

"Mid (above within 1 SD) tier"

Saint Louis University School of Medicine
Boston University School of Medicine
Emory University School of Medicine
Duke University School of Medicine
Case Western
Columbia University
University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine
University of Virginia School of Medicine

"Top (below within 1 SD) tier"

Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine
Northwestern University
Stanford University School of Medicine
Yale School of Medicine
Harvard Medical School
Vanderbilt University School of Medicine
University of Pennsylvania
New York University School of Medicine

Can anyone comment on my EC's? I think they are a bit weak but I'm not sure if it's sufficient or quite enough

your ECs look fine, though you need shadowing. the high school stuff doesn't count, btw

there are something like 60-65 US MD schools that take international applicants and you're competitive for all of them

Thanks for the comments. Took out the high school stuff to clean up the post. I mainly focused on a few activities throughout my undergraduate years and I'm regretting not being more involved. However, I had to focus on school first and foremost.

Always looking for more input!

I've gone through the MSAR, and I'd say in theory, yes, in practice? Much less than that.

Many schools will "accept" international applications (coughmoneycough) but will matriculate 0 IS applicants.

sure. the onus is on the applicant to research which schools actually matriculate internationals

Thanks man I will be on the lookout and will research
