I AM NICE. I said I was 100% black female b/c everyone keeps referring to me as "he". The reference to being black was just a PLUS for anyone who read.

Cut me some slack. I need a hug.
 
URMs are used to being labelled so please...call me more names so I will have something to protest.

Me being a black male find that remark to be very offensive.😡 Just because you have been mistreated by a few black male doesn't give you the right to label (isnt that what you was talking about) us nice black males. Sheeessshhhh, the humanity. 😱 🙄

I don't want to turn this into a black male URM post but Raptor you must admit if you are a good, law-abiding, respectful to women, faithful, working black man then you are an EXCEPTION to the rule!!!

If someone disagrees and doesn't live in the Midwest where we don't see a lot of positive black male representation then feel free to rebut. I am just voicing my reality.
 
Lovedoc, I live in South Carolina and there aren't only no positive black role model, but there are barely not any blacks that live over here. I am the only black male pre med at my school and we just now got a black science professor. I am voicing my reality but my reality is what I make it, my environment isn't my reality. I (and you) am always thinking beyond my environment. Just my 2 cents.
