what are my chances at McGovern Medical School realistically?

Impossible to accurately predict other than you have a shot at admission if you apply. You have a 123 in CARS which the school may or may not screen you out for.

best to check if that is the case.

2 years ago you would've had a good shot, now I would say it would be a reach considering the stat hike that Texas schools are experiencing and the 123 cars will not do you any favors

But also this cycle likely won't be a normal application cycle so who knows. You'll want to apply to all of the tmdsas schools anyways so I know it's tough but you gotta just focus on what you can control at this point and try to not stress about the application cycle as much as possible. Trust me I know that's basically impossible, but the less you worry the saner you'll be at the end of it.
