I realize it's a lot of schools and money but I'd appreciate if the input is focused more on my chances of getting in to a few of these schools. I understand how ridiculously competitive and random the process is so I want to give myself the best shot.

You're doing the right thing by applying broadly. It's better to spend a couple thousand dollars than not get into medical school at all. I think your MCAT score is well balanced, your GPA is very decent and as long as you apply early you will have a good chance. Your clinical experience is average to slightly above average, your community service might need some work, your teaching/leadership is decent. Please read my MDapps for tips on when to apply/dates, LORs, ECs and personal statement. I feel like if you apply very early and are able to do well in the other dimensions you should definitely land interviews. Good luck!
