Hello this is my first time really visiting this website...I think its great! I have question regarding Interview at MSUCOM. I turned my app in like 3 weeks ago and have not heard anything yet. Will I even get a shot at an interview this year or did I apply way to late? I have a 3.7 GPA overall, and 3.7 Science GPA, I attended MSU for undergrad, scored a 23N on MCAT 7P 8V 8B I would say my nonacademic and nonpaid services were average, but I worked almost full time throughout my 5 years in college. My LORS I think were good. And I believe my personal statement to be strong in a unique matter. Do these stats even stand competitive or did I waste my time? Any feedback would be great

u definitely have a shot at an interview, i got an interview with less stats than u, if u do have an interview (which i think there is a good chance) it would probably be for the waiting list considering how late it is now, did u turn in your secondary?

MSUCOM has actually stopped interviewing this year for most applicants (maybe even for good). They believe that they accepted about 95% of the people that they interviewed and that since their secondary application was so thorough, the didn't really need to interview people to accept or reject people after the secondary (They began doing this in January). Now they just accept, reject or waitlist you. However, their class has been full since December 15th and the only spots available now are those for the waitlist, but you may still have a shot at the waitlist, and MSU COM likes to take their own undergrads and they take 80% from instate, so you have a pretty good shot at being wait-listed.
