My prelim scores are as follows:

Chemical and Physical Foundations of Biological Systems 82% - 97% Expected score 128
Critical Analysis and Reasoning Skills 76% - 91% Expected score 127
Biological and Biochemical Foundations of Living Systems 82% - 97% Expected score 128
Psychological, Social, and Biological Foundations of Behavior 70% - 85% Expected score 127
MCAT Total Score 80% - 90% Expected score 510

Overall 3.65 and 3.6 science GPA

-Clinical volunteer activities
Worked at the VA hospital for 2 years in undergrad

-Physician shadowing (include specialties and total hours)
Over 120 hours shadowing

-Research
2 years research in Muscular Dystro

What schools would you suggest I apply too ?

Also, do you feel that the 510 may be a strong 510 since my lower percentile was in the Psychological, Social, and Biological Foundations of Behavior instead of the other sectors.... i.e. the other 3 sections more comparable to the old MCAT scores ?

You have the average score for a matriculant. Put together a good list and go with it.
Thanks for the feedback.
Do you feel the Psychological, Social, and Biological Foundations of Behavior secton will be weighted differently than the other 3 sections ?

Not really. If it has a number it will be counted.
The people who really care about the numbers will still see it in the reports of each school (if only in the aggregate). When they are all blended together a point is point. The MCAT is has at least two purposes: to evaluate the candidate, and to evaluate the school.

I guess what I am asking....will each section be evaluated and not just the total ? I would assume there should not be a low score that is offsetted by a high score

Both the subsections and total will be considered. You have nothing to worry about (that's worth worrying about -- Harvard probably won't bite, but you can probably survive that upset.) You have a relatively balanced score, at the average for accepted students. Run with it.

The issues occur when someone gets 3 sections >80% and 1 at 40%. Due to the difficulty in assessing how any school or adcom will view a particular combination, those cases become very muddied with hypotheticals. Some will say X doesn't really matter (to a point) and can be made up for Y, but then there are thresholds you really DO need to meet at many schools, etc. If you don't have to worry about the hypotheticals, you're better served staying away from them.

I suggest the following:

Miami St. Louis Albany Rochester Rush Rosy Franklin NYMC VCU EVMS Wake Forest Jefferson Temple Drexel Creighton George Washington Tulane Loyola Creighton

Any new MD school, except Hofstra and Central MI, FIU, FAU and UCF

Any DO program.

Your state school.

Did you work (paid) for the hospital for two years, or did you volunteer (unpaid) at the hospital for two years? Paid clinical experience can still be quite valuable.

Thanks

Both the total and the subsections will be evaluated.

You literally could not be more average for an MD matriculant(which is a good thing if you want to go to an MD school). Follow Goro's list, apply early, you'll be fine.

All my volunteering was unpaid.

Are there any other schools that are possibilties ?

Goro you men, tioned St. Louis. Would that one be a reach since they have a 33 MCAT average ?

Anything with a score one higher than yours is a reach. Anything with a score one point less is a safety.

This is an exaggeration, but applying to more schools increases your chances of getting accepted somewhere, and St. Louis is part of a larger "tier" of schools you are competitive at.
