Same with Georgia (~2 OOS).

I've thought about Buffalo but I am not in love with cold weather... I wish we had more schools in the South

It's pretty cold up in Boston right now and you have Tufts and Boston U on your list...
Unless UVA or Virginia Tech open dental schools for Virginia, you're outta luck.

You can try adding Kentucky and Louisville. Maybe MWU-Illinois and Marquette if you're open to it.

Do you guys think I'm ready to apply with just 21 graduate credits? I did 11 then 10 credits... Will that be enough to offset my lower ugGPA? Havent second thoughts about applying

Only adcoms will determine if that is "enough".

But yes, go ahead and apply.
