Both of your GPAs seem solid to me, though you might consider retaking the GRE to aim for at least a 150 or higher in each section and at least a 4 on the AW section. That being said, I am sure there are people who have been acceptedd with similar stats, so hopefully they will chime in.
You will be very limited in the schools to which you can apply with that GRE. There is a "what are my chances" sticky at the top of the forum that will provide you with more data and information that you could ever want.
