I applied to Azusa Pacific University in May and got an interview offer a week later.

3.47 Cum
~3.6 Pre-Req
307 GRE
Lots of shaddowing, good letters of recommendation.

You should look into APU, great school. Once PTCAS opens again you could actually apply for the January 2019 cohort if you want to start early.

Hey there. I was accepted into Chapman's Fall 2018 cohort for regular decision. This last cycle, the average stats for regular decision were:
Overall GPA - 3.62
Pre-req GPA - 3.86
GRE - 155/155/4
Average early decision stats were:
Overall GPA - 3.87
Pre-req GPA - 3.76
GRE - 155/155/4

My stats were : Undergrad Arizona State Kinesiology - 3.98 overall, 4.0 pre-req, 150/149/4 GRE, 190 observation hours all outpatient (only 20 in neuro), but I had over 10,000 hours of manual therapy as a massage therapist (honestly, I have no idea if or how much that helped), and 4 quality LORs.
My cohort seems to have a good amount of people whose GPA made up for lack of observation hours and vice versa. In my opinion, you seem to be a really great candidate for Chapman. And if you fail to be accepted as an Early decision candidate, they'll automatically put you in the pool for regular decision.
