I want to apply to DO schools as I know my g.p.a will not allow me to get into MD schools.

I have a low science g.p.a and plan on retaking a few courses to get a 3.2 science g.p.a and overall g.p.a is 3..2

I have not taken the MCAT but my goal is a 34
I am a minority student who wants to be a primary care physician
What are my chances for DO schools? I need to know
EC's many volunteer hours (over 150+s)
interpreting in a clinic, junior counselor, etc..
worked part-time through-out college

your chances are great even if you weren't a URM. Since you are, you're a shoe-in. Apply some lower tier MD and see if you can get into MD as well (more options to choose from).

I would say your case truly "depends." If the last year you have a strong upward trend and the good MCAT, I think you'll be fine for admissions. If you have flat lined, a year of post-bacc and grade replacements could make you a strong applicant. MD is a bit out of your reach right now unless you do land that 34 in which case I would recommend applying broadly.
