Chances of getting into optometry school

So I've applied to different optometry schools and still haven't heard back from them. I currently have a 3.43 GPA and am the president of the pre-optometry club at my university. I took the OAT and got a 290 Overall and just wanted to see what my chances would be. Honestly, it's test anxiety. I knew my material, I'm just a horrible test taker. I know this is what I want to do in life, it's just I don't know if my application will be good enough. I've shadowed almost every type of optometry setting there is, kept up a good GPA. It's just my OAT score that's bringing me down 🙁. Do my chances of getting into a school seem good?

Depends on which schools you applied. You will get in somewhere if you applied right.

You need to retake the OAT. Apply now but indicate that you will retake, and you will get interviews before your retake (from my experience).
