I applied to UW Madison and am waiting before I apply to North Dakota and other schools. Letter of Recommendation comes from someone who knows Program Director personally. What's everybody think?

Don't take this personally but it bugs me when people with great stats ask what their chances are. You're intelligent, I think you know you stand a great shot.

Not taken personally, I honestly just think my GPA isn't that good. Not sure if anyone had an opinion regarding the lower than average GPA that has gone to Wisconsin. Saw someone with a 3.74 GPA that didn't get in.

I think you have to have a well rounded application to get accepted to good schools. A person with a high GPA and crappy LOR/extra currics will probably be overlooked for a person with a slightly lower GPA but with great LOR/extra currics. I wouldn't worry.

You might be the most well rounded person I've ever seen! Good luck, you have obviously worked really hard!
