Hello i just want some info regarding what tier med school i should aim for here are my stats

cGPA=3.45(huge upward trend)
sGPA=3.67
MCAT=34

Bilingual and experience in serving underserved populations(volunteering)
BTW i am a CA resident so i dont know if i should bother with the UC schools given my GPA

Your going to get in at a lot of places so long as you aren't weird and don't have any red flags ! Good work !

Also, do you think the higher science GPA will be looked at favorably by adcoms?My first year in undergrad i got all C's but only took one science course.

I think your stats look very good, especially with your URM status. I would apply to all of the UCs if I were you (assuming you want to stay in CA).

Your community is dramatically underserved in CA. If you have validated your commitment to them you will have several chances to serve.
