So I'm wondering what my chances are with:
240 hours of research
ECs = Video Game Design, Animation, Film Festival Entries, YT Channel, Graphic Design for others, Film Club
100+ hours of volunteering in a clinical setting
400 hours of EMT volunteering
3.67 GPA with a steep upward trend from 2.6 First half of sophomore year to 4.0s in the next 5 semesters, including community college
EMT training = certified for EMT training at the entry level
Solid MCAT = 509

Am I set for a top 20 school like JH Med School?

Your numbers are well below average for top 20 schools.

Additionally, for such programs, the content of your hours matters much more than the quantity (to an extent).

Everyone who applies competitively to top 20 schools will likely have 1,000s of hours of ECs on top of 3.8+ and a 513+ MCAT.

It’s a long shot, but it is your call.

Maybe you can describe your activities in more detail.

The 4.0 semesters include biochem, cell bio, orgo ii, physics i and ii, their labs, other upper level bio, upper level maths incl. stats.
Also, took summer community college anatomy for EMT training and gen bio at CC.
The GPA too. It's more to be like 3.69-70. What would my have to be MCAT be then?

My trouble classes were calc ii and iii and orgo i. English classes taken and got good grades there. Intro chem and lab got B-.

Volunteered at hospital for two semester then did official college EMT volunteer service for the next 1.5 years. Got EMT certification to ensure i got into that organization

I'm not actually targeting top 20 but my targets are UVA, Eastern VA, and VCU.

No. Your non-clinical ECs are quite lacking as well.

You should be fine with Drexel/Albany class schools, and that includes VCU and EVMS, U VA? Doubtful. Have DO schools on your lost as well.

Uh you have an average gpa but paired with an upward trend makes it more attractive for med school which is fine but the MCAT score is not top 20 and no EC that matches their mission. But you don't need top 20 you just need a medical degree.
