Just gonna put the straight facts out there...
This is my last year at undergraduate level.

cGPA: 3.5
sGPA: 3.5
MCAT next year for 2015 test

Undergraduate Organic Chemistry Research: 3 semesters (hopefully a publication soon)
Typical Clinical Hours and Rotations at the hospital
150 hrs volunteer
Pharmacy Technician
I've worked many manufacturing jobs
Various Club leadership and president

What are my chances for application for MD or DO? If not, then what are my best options to get to that point.
Post-bacc? Apply to Research Programs? Volunteer for a year?

Honestly it all depends on your MCAT.

MD is a possibility with a strong MCAT score. The only problem may be the admissions committee will not know how to interpret the scores and compare them to the current MCAT. If you score in the higher percentiles, I'd highly recommend to apply to both MD and DO (to be on the safe side). However, if you score in an average percentile, it may be a bit harder to get interviews with your GPA. But don't be discouraged, plenty of people matriculate into MD schools with your GPA, you may have to work a bit harder to make it happen.

I think you have really good chances for DO with a decent MCAT score.

My grades were similar to you due to personal situations in undergrad (health issues) that I explained in my app.

I'm getting multiple interviews at MD schools.

Wrong section manggg.

This should go in the WAMC section.

GOAs slight below avg for MD acceptees. ECs pretty cookie cutter. MCAT will make or break you. Stas are fine for DO schools, but for MD, how are you going to stand out from the pack?

I suggest that you beef up the ECs.
