I know I don't have a chance, but even if its 1% a chance is a chance right? What should I do?

You've got a chance at every HBCU and most state schools, I would honestly say the only place you don't have a chance is top tier private schools.

Your MCAT and extracurriculars are superb. You have a very good shot at getting into a school. Apply early/broadly, be able to explain your GPA in a way that shows hardships/growth/motivation and all that good stuff. You can also try a postbac program and retake the classes you didn't do so well in. But I honestly think you can get an acceptance with your current stats.

Best of luck sir.

Number look good (aside from GPA)... so what's going to make it or break it for you:
How well you interview
How well you take responsibility for becoming motivated, and actually becoming motivated in the eyes of the adcoms
Telling the story of why you will make an excellent Physician
Like the diversity of Oncology/Peds/Surg for shadowing....shows you are intelligent

SO my question: how did you ever come to the foregone conclusion "I know I don't have a chance" ---- however THAT thought ever lodged itself in to your mind, it needs to find an exit...quick.
Let your motivation, intelligence, confidence and willingness to learn shine through....you'll do fine.
