I didn’t. My practice scores were low, so im scared to fail, so I cancelled it last minute

Time to find a more realistic specialty goal. Best of luck in the future. There are many enjoyable specialties out there so try to have an open mind and think about what you want to do over a 30 year career not just when you are 30 and with much responsibility (typical med student).
Your chances are very low. I will never tell someone to not chase their dreams, so if you do rotate at undesirable DO programs. But you will need to dual apply to FM/Peds/community IM
