I got a 195/80 on step I.
Passed CS
Just found out that I failed CK and will retake next month.

Did I just screw my chances at peds. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

As you are aware, passing CK on the first try would have been better...
That being said, you haven't totally washed out of Peds. You obviously need to pass on the next try, ideally by a comfortable margin. And you have to be judicious about the programs to which you apply and honest with yourself about your overall application. But there are quality Peds programs that are undervalued, and a few that didn't "fill" last year. Your interviews will be very important, since you will need to make a very positive impression to help negate possible doubts about your academic prowess.
