I'm a junior right now at UC Davis and going to apply next cycle. Here are my stats:

gpa 3.82 sgpa 3.85
160 dental shadowing hrs
research internship
homeless shelter coordinator internship
some honor societies and clubs
tooth waxing course

I'm taking my DATs some time mid-July because I need that extra month after school ends to wrap up my studying. I'm really not sure how I'll do on the DATs. I have a feeling I will do pretty well for TS, but will struggle with RC and PATs.

My ECs aren't spectacular and my LORs won't be too extraordinary either.

I'm aiming for UCSF and UOP, but I know UOP likes people with high RC and PAT scores. What do you think are my chances?

Uhhh... with a 3.8 GPA and unknown DAT scores we can't really give you much. I would say study your butt off and as long as you have decent DAT scores, you'll be fine. With a 3.8, you don't need like 22+ AA on the DAT to get in somewhere, but if you want UoP then make sure to focus on PAT and RC studying. So basically, I just repeated everything you already posted.
