I will be a nontraditional candidate. I have a BA in history with a Spanish language minor and a GPA of 3.4.

I know that there will be a lot of prerequisites that I need to take in science and math, and that I will need to do very well in them.'

I am 26 years old and have spent the past 2 years as a high school Spanish teacher, and feel completely unfulfilled in my career. I do not feel challenged or mentally stimulated at all, and am looking to achieve excellence.

What do you think that my chances of getting into a good medical school are?

What is a good medical school, to you?

I don't see why you wouldn't have a chance if you go back and take your pre-reqs + upper level sciences and score well on the MCAT. A 3.4 is not a bad starting point, especially because you likely have little to no science classes, presenting you with the possibility of applying with a very high science GPA. If you want it, go get it.
