Shadowing- 100+
Volunteering- 400+
Research- 200+
interesting previous work experience
 
I'd prefer not to say but it was for a year. Could you give me chances based off my other information?
 
Your GPAs are low, everything else seems on point. Apply broadly and wisely, and hope for the best. If you don't get in this cycle, you may want to look into post-bacc to raise your grades, or an SMP. No one else will be able to give you much more than this, as none of us are an admissions committee.
