Change font size on USMLE Step 2 CK?

I've already used the search function and haven't found anything, so I was wondering if anyone who's already taken the USMLE Step recently was able to change the font size before starting the test? After taking all these practice tests, I realize that larger fonts are a lot easier on the eyes and a lot less tiring in general, so it would be great if we could adjust the size before taking the test like we can in World. Anyone know if this is possible or has done it while taking their test?

If you can't change the font on the official free practice test, you can't do it on test day. That said, the font was fine for me: not too small or large. Coupled with a nice monitor and cushy chair, it was as comfortable as could be expected.
