if i've changed some of the courses i plan on taking this semester do i have to let aadsas know? do i have to let every school i applied to know as well?

My adviser told me that I should email each school individually, not a multiple recipients email, and tell them that I have changed courses. She also said you can only update AADSAS once, when you would input the grades you received from your planned courses.
