There’s very few in the business who have a deep understanding of the coding systems involved as well as the interchange protocol. The contracting rate for those people is around $1800/hour (one thousand eight hundred) before performance pay on average. It’s not purely a programming problem. The Russians really did a number on us.
I have no idea what Change healthcare is. Does this have anything to do with Illinois Medicaid/Medicare being off-line for 6 weeks (now mostly, but not completely back on-line?)
