I can't remember if I changed my address online with Texas State Board of Pharmacy (TSBP) or not. I was going over a lot of stuff when I moved, so I can't recall exactly whether I did it or not. Even if I did, I was pretty sure it's an online thing I did, not in writing. As I review my law stuff today, it says that I must notify IN WRITING to the Board within 10 days of change of address. So it can't be done online? Did anyone ever fail to do this and what would happen - penalty from the Board?
By the way, can we view the address online? I know we can verify license and employment info, but what about address info for pharmacist interns? Anyone did this recently, please tell me! TSBP website are under major change of database, so I can't do anything until June 3rd, but at least, I want to have information for comfort and de-stress ;(
