Currently in orientation, so its early, but I may have made a poor choice for residency.
What is involved, and how difficult is it to change at the end of the first year, or the end of the second year? Say I had another residency who is interested, could they take me if they haven't lost any of their residents and they have a full resident load in my year? Could they take me in one of next year's first year slots and let me do only their final two years?
