Change step 2 exam date?

UW1 - 238 (2.5 weeks ago) NBME 11- 252 (7 days ago) NBME 10- 259 (yesterday)

I'm aiming for a score in the 250s. Currently scheduled for Aug 29 but I have the option to reschedule to Aug 22. Do I have a good shot at scoring in the 250s if I take it in 4 days?

Only considering moving up the date so I can focus on my residency application and because I'm feeling somewhat burnt out already.

Take it when you feel ready. I doubt 7 days one way or the other will make a difference

Move it up. You've had multiple practice tests in your goal range. You do not want to be burnt out trying to study for one more week when there's no guarantee (ultimately it comes down to your exact test form the day you take it. Can be lucky or unlucky)
