Changes to the DAT

I just took the DAT today and there was a 30 minute break and I could use the keypad for the calculator. I don't how recent the changes are, but my proctor was surprised at the 30 minute break when she found out. I don't believe these were just for my prometric center because they were mentioned in the tutorial, but I could be wrong. Did anyone encounter these changes as well?

It went well! 24AA! I just don't feel like writing a whole spiel with my breakdown and everything, but I just thought I would share this information with people who are going to take the DAT

Can you explain your experience with using the scrap paper/markers? I heard there was no eraser and you had to raise your hand for more..... That seems like a huge time waste
Was it dry erase? etc.

Also, congrats on your score!!!!!! That's awesome!!

It's dry erase, but they don't provide an eraser.. I don't know what the point of that was, but I got ink all over my hands.

Yea, you can't really technically erase because it smudges. It's like one of those transparent projector things. They use the same markers.

Did it take a while to get the paper replacements?

My proctors were very attentive, so it didn't take long, but I think it depends on the staff at your center.
