I searched this and understand that the future courses section on AMCAS is not binding, but I am looking for specific advice. I listed a 400 level physical chemistry course for the upcoming fall semester, but would like to take an introductory 100 level course in Ancient Greek Language instead. Not only would I be changing from a science to a nonscience, but I would be changing from a 400 level class to a 100 level. Could my acceptance be affected if schools find this out later. Do I need to contact all the schools I applied to? Thanks.

I think you'll be fine, unless that class is a prereq for that school.

just send an update letter to do the school you'll be interviewing at. As long as it's not a prerequisite, it shouldn't be too important. 👍

I have a similar question. I listed Biochem as a future course, but may not be able to take it. None of the school I applied to require it, but most recommend it. Should I not worry about it, or do I need to update schools?

You should be fine, but if you are very worried you can contact the school directly and ask (anonymously too, if you like).
