I am no longer planning on taking 3 of the classes I listed on my AADSAS application under planned/in progress academic courses and have been accepted to dental school, do I need to inform the school about this change or is updating it on AADSAS okay? I hope this will not be an issue..anyone know more about this?

thanks!!

I strongly believe that you should inform them.
I would if I were you.

Are three of them like major science courses recommended by dental schools?
If not .. I don't think they are going to care much.

But regardless to how they are going to react after you update your course works, I think it is right to inform them.

Well I was originally planning on getting a BS in biochem..but now thinking about just getting a BA cuz im basically done with it just have to take pchem. So if I do a BA instead of a BS I don't have to take biochem lab class, genetics, and another upper level science elective. This might be an overload, I kinda wanna relax a lil before dental school lol. I'm just not sure if this will be a big deal and whether or not I should inform them, and if so who do I contact and how?

I was planning on doing that as well. Then i emailed my admissions guy and he said I am committed to whatever classes I listed for Spring 2010🙁

The schools don't care if you get a BA or BS. I asked at about 4 different interviews because I switched from a BS to BA (so I don't have to take a stats class). I would let them know though.
