Hey i'm currently studying in the Royal College of Surgeons - Ireland and I want to change to an American Medical School , i'm currently in my second year , can I enter Medical School or would I have to start from the beginning ?

If you are asking if you can transfer from RCSI into a US medical school, technically it is possible, but practically impossible.

Very few US medical schools take transfers. Most of those that do, do so after the 2nd year, some only into the first year, so it depends on which school you are able to transfer into.
