I'm graduating in 2014(June). I cannot finish all premed courses by graduation.
I might be able to be done on 2014 Summer/Fall. If I'm applying on 2015, can I take MCAT by the end of 2014? I don't want to take the new one on 2015

You can take the MCAT whenever you want. However, without taking the pre-req classes before the MCAT it will make studying extremely difficult and could potentially cause you to get a lower score. Also, the last dates in 2014 will be in September.

The official timeline says the last date to test on the old MCAT will be January 2014, so you can take summer/fall classes if you absolutely have to. Be warned, though, that if you're sick or have to postpone the test for any reason, you will be taking the new MCAT 2015. This means completely different preparation, and a biochemistry class is strongly recommended.

You mean January 2015

Back to the OP:

If you wanted to you could actually give yourself more time for the pre-reqs and take it in January 2015, but thats really putting all your eggs in one basket.
