Changing rank list now?

So is there any way to change my rank list now that is submitted? For a fee?

Rank List Submission Deadline
ALL rank lists must be in our office by 12:00 PM (PST). After the deadline your rank lists choices will be locked and no changes can be made.

I guess you could call SF Match and ask if there's any flexibility to change your list at this point, but I would not expect them to say yes. The match may have even been run already and at this point they could simply be auditing the results to make sure there were no bugs.
