Changing Residence

Hi,
I have read some profiles on mdapplicants.com, I have seen that some ppl have changed residencies? How does one go about doing this? Does anyone know? thanks!

I believe different states have different rules before you can claim yourself as a resident of the state. I think most states require you to live there for at least a year without school being the primary reason for being there. I know in my state that is classified as being less than a half time student (less than 6 semester hours). Hopefully that helps a little bit.
