Changing some AADSAS info

I completely forgot to update my new classes for this semester (I switched around some classes after I submitted my app online), and about to make the change on the AADSAS page. Do you know when AADSAS will resend the new app? On the next available mailing schedule or do they do it at once and there is a deadline for us to make changes? And are we supposed to change other infomation like volunteer/shadowing as well?

I need to make adjustments myself. AADSAS said that it will be sometime in November. They didn't give me an exact date, but it's a one time thing to make any changes needed.
