Changing Volunteer hours on AACOMAS

Hi - I basically put on the AACOMAS application a high number of volunteer hours for a project I worked on for a health clinic. However, there is no way that I can prove or that they can verify these hours. There was nobody supervising me and I didn't sign a log book to count the hours.

My schools have already downloaded my application - and my fear is that they will ask for some proof of the hours - which I will not be able to provide.

Anybody know if we are required to prove clinic volunteer hours at interviews?
